My uncle is looking to get a job as a usda food inspector or quality control manager for a food company here in california. He asked me if the job market was pretty good since we have a lot of agricultural stuff, but I’m not sure. Does anybody know how the market is for those types of jobs here? It can be anywhere in the state.
The Job Market is tight, as it is everywhere in the US. Some jobs are available, though, if you are patient.

Absolutely no job markets in the U.S. state of California are hiring actively, and virtually none of them are hiring at all. Getting an occupation in the southwestern United States is like winning the lottery, sure, it could happen, but if it does, you’ll be one in a million. If you want to get a good job for higher pay, and more easily, come here to Canada.
Edit: You sure enjoy glorifying polluted, poorly planned cities, don’t you? I would never even think of moving to Los Angeles, let alone actually attempt it. The United States is the last place I would want to move to.
