What is the modern language for science?

Latin, English, or even Arabic perhaps? I learned Arabic was a while ago like during the dark ages… I know most scientists use Latin for my scientific terms, etc. But what language is most used for Science Today?
You seem to not understand what I’m asking. Simply, what language is the most scientific research done, advancements (recently), etc.

English… America has one of the largest coalition of researchers, much larger than any other country
